Afa Anoa'i, known in the 1980s as The Wild Samoan, is the Founder and Owner of WXW (World Xtreme Wrestling). Established in 1998 ths promotion started with a large televised Supercard featuring some big names like Sabu, King Kong Bundy, The Rock, Mankind and many more. WXW is Northeastern-based centering in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

In 2008, Afa took his promotion to Florida. Quickly gaining a following there, WXW events can be seen in Minneola, FL and has been seen in Leesburg, FL. WXW is getting further south as well and also has a branch in LA.

September 26th, 2009 marked the year anniversary of WXW conception in Florida and was celebrated with a great event featuring the debut of Sarona Snuka, Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka's daughter as well as a special appearance from The Rock.

November 2010 champion is The Perfect Creation. WXW Women's Champion has been (Temptress) Kimberly since January 2010.

WXW and Afa The Wild Samoan have trained and assisted many wrestlers in the business. Afa is currently training in Central FL at The Wild Samoan Training Center. If you have aspirations and dreams of becoming a professional wrestler, this is the best way to get your foot in the door.

Since 2002, World Xtreme Wrestling has held a WXW Women's Elite 8 Tournament which has featured some of the biggest names in pro wrestling like Gail Kim, Traci Brooks and Angelina Love.

November 14th, 2009 is the next WXW Women's Elite 8 Tournament and will showcase the best talent to date.
